I was able to catch up with Eve to find out why she’s been so successful and here’s what she had to say:

Craig: When did you start training at Forever Fit SCV?

Eve: I started almost three years ago in January of 2013.

Craig: What has made you so successful at Forever Fit SCV?

Eve: Coach Craig gets me. He knows just how to motivate me, personally, and he taps into that in every workout.

Craig: What is the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome during your fitness transformation?

Eve: Sugar!!!!

Craig: What advice would you offer to others who are just starting out on their fitness journey or have hit a road-block?

Eve: Focus on discipline. Analyze the role discipline plays in your life. Commit to living a disciplined life style. Before I started my fitness journey, I was scared that I was losing the ability to be disciplined. I felt I was slowly losing control—losing the ability to accomplish goals and get things done. I often felt overwhelmed and like the proverbial deer in the headlights. I was very worried about the effect this could have on my behaviors in my future. Proving I could control my nutrition and exercise gave me hope and confidence that I could continue to incorporate discipline into my daily life. Some days are better than others, but now I’m disciplined enough to get quickly back on track.

Craig: What drives you to ‘KEEP MAKIN’ CHANGES’?

Eve: The people I work out with inspire me!! The fitness community we have created is so motivating. I love the way we share news, celebrate each other’s achievements and help each other reach goals. It makes me feel part of something bigger and the energy we create as a community constantly drives me to improve.
